I have some good news to bring to everyone right now! All Staff Members will be paid starting next week. You will be paid weekly through VirtaPay. The 1st column shows what position we are addressing, the 2nd column is the Start-Out Payment and the 3rd Column is the Maximum Payment. Here is the chart on how you get paid:

What is the payment based off of? How often they are online? Things they do for GRS? Or is it just a solid pay? I vote for solid pay for administrators and for moderators it should be how often they are online.
It will be based on all they do. They start off with the pay on the left, then they can work their way up to the one on the right. They can advertise, help find bugs, help people on the forums, be active on both the forums and the server and many other ways.

i dont get it you say $1 with paypal $300 with virtapya is virtapay = to less cash or something?
Virtapay is currently INDEV and thus not a proper source of money, at least not yet anyway.
